Great Beginnings Preschool's Annual Vendor Fair will be held November 13 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and November 14, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. This free event, open to the public, is an opportunity for businesses and individuals to sell their art, handcrafted items, jewelry, and other work. The entry fee for Vendors is $40 (a standard 6ft folding table will be provided for both days).
Vendor participation information:
You are responsible for preparing your area. Set-up times: Wednesday, November 13th from 5:00-6:00 p.m. and Thursday, November 14th from 8:20-9:00 a.m.
You are responsible for cleaning up your area. Final clean-up will be 12:30 p.m. on November 14th. Please remain at your table until 12:30 p.m. to accommodate all our customers.
You will need to provide your own supplies and payment processing.
All items for sale must be priced.
All baked goods must be wrapped.
Great Beginnings Preschool/Leesburg United Methodist Church assumes no liability for lost or damaged property or merchandise.
Individuals are responsible for reporting their earnings both to State and Federal Agencies on their own for tax purposes.
The Great Beginnings Preschool Committee reserves the right to deem any Vendor as “not appropriate for our venue” and only one Vendor is permitted per brand. The committee will make all final decisions regarding Vendor selection.
